Patient Clarity Middleware

Patient Clarity Middleware (PCM) by Zoeticx, Inc. is an open architectural platform supported by open API access, capable of supporting both on-site or cloud based deployments. PCM is based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), addressing the entire healthcare environment which we refer to as Healthcare Oriented Architecture (HOA).  Zoeticx' Patient Clarity Middleware is ranked the #1 middleware in the healthcare IT sector for 2016.

Patient Clarity Middleware is a fully operational, scalable, secure middleware platform for the healthcare industry.  It provides full interoperability for the entire healthcare landscape including:

  • Hospitals and clinics
  • ICU and critical care
  • Ambulatory
  • Inpatient
  • Medical devices
  • Monitoring equipment
  • Personal wearable monitoring devices
  • Laboratory
  • Imaging
  • Home Care and more.
The Future of Healthcare Interoperability

Patient Clarity is designed to support the next generation of  innovative applications in healthcare. It is a patient-centric platform, enabling patient medical information to flow from diverse EHR sources.  It presents patient medical data over the entire care spectrum and transforms passive patient medical data into actionable information.

Information in Near Real-Time

Patient-Clarity platform is a low cost, lightweight, and embeddable in any 3rd party application. The data architectural approach is based on SOA IaaS (Information as a Service) and data access is on-demand, in near time and perfectly designed to address multiple operational care environments from multiple deployed EHR systems from differing vendors.

Patient Data Remains Secure

Patient Clarity Middleware provides simultaneous, secure and bi-directional communication of multiple EHR/EMR systems.  Most importantly, data can be shared in near real time without moving data from the original EHR/EMR vendor source.  Patient information is always up-to-date and secure and the source EHR/EMR is the only copy as no data is duplicated and stored at a secondary location.  Alternative methods of patient data sharing require data to be downloaded, authenticated and stored in a secondary or tertiary location where updates to the EHR/EMR are done after several hours or once daily.

Supports Additional Development

Patient-Clarity is aimed at supporting healthcare applications development needs including:

  • Value Added Medical Data Services (MDS)
  • Smart Notification Services (SNS)
  • Healthcare Process Automation Services (HPS)
  • Telemedicine Collaboration Services (TCS)
  • Personal Health Directory Services (PDS)

SNS and HPS are patent pending – DMMS® (Dynamic Medical Messaging System).
